KEVIN KORJURS
Director team directions and lead driver coach
Kevin’s mission is to develop drivers to their highest possible level and guide them with the same intensity he once applied to his own career.
He leads performance development across the season through structured coaching, race preparation, simulator work and detailed performance reviews. His approach is hands on and consistent, focused on building confidence through preparation rather than reacting to results.
Having been a Karting World Champion, Formula Renault Eurocup Champion and Formula 1 test and reserve driver, Kevin understands what is required to compete at the highest level. Since 2014 he has coached alongside his own racing career, driven by a genuine passion for helping young drivers avoid costly mistakes and unlock their full capability. His guidance is direct, supportive and rooted in real experience inside the paddock.
MATThew PARRY
Director STRATEGY MANAGER AND TEAM RELATIONS
Matt’s focus is guiding drivers through the most decisive stages of their careers with structure, clarity and long term vision.
He works closely with each driver on championship and team placement, contract negotiation, budget planning and overall career positioning. His involvement is personal and continuous, ensuring that every decision supports the bigger picture rather than just the next season.
Matt is deeply committed to protecting and strengthening the careers of the drivers he represents. Having progressed through the international ladder himself, winning in single seaters, testing in Formula 1 and racing professionally in GT programmes, he understands how easily potential can be misdirected. His role is to guide drivers with honesty, perspective and a clear strategic framework that gives them stability as they move forward.
